SCENARIO #1 TEE SHOTS • The traffic light system lays out the three fundamental strategy options we have on every shot: playing aggressively (Green), defensively (Red), or blending a progressive decision with appropriate caution (Amber). This is highly applicable on the tee shot on a par 4 or 5…

SCENARIO #2 GREEN APPROACH • We focus now on a mid-range approach, some 125-175 yards. Why? Because this is the distance where all three strategies have the potential to be equally in play.
